Girls IN STEM Academy is proud to celebrate one of our own, Allie McGinn, who has been honored with the Promising Educator Award from the Indiana Department of Education. This recognition is given to an educator who demonstrates exceptional impact and strong academic results early in their career, and Allie’s achievements shine bright in every measure.

In just a short time in the classroom, Allie has built a reputation for empowering students, fostering curiosity, and creating a learning environment where all students feel capable of success. Her commitment to high-quality instruction and meaningful student relationships has translated into remarkable results. Last year, 100% of Allie’s 4th grade students passed both ILEARN assessments. This extraordinary accomplishment speaks to her dedication, expertise, and belief in what her students can achieve.

At Girls IN STEM Academy, Allie is more than a teacher. She is a mentor, a motivator, and a model of excellence. Congratulations Allie on this well-deserved honor! Your impact is already significant, and your future in education is undeniably bright.
