The TURN Festival is canceled this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We thank you for all your support over the past five years and look forward to welcoming everyone back in 2021.
Presenting the TURN Festival and Dinner requires an abundance of assistance from our sponsors, chefs, vendors, presenters, entertainers, community organizations, and volunteers to make it happen. Many TURN Festival presenters and attendees are struggling during these lean times. Paramount’s signature event, the TURN Festival, Transforming URban Neighborhoods is a one-day educational each September. Circle City’s celebration of urban sustainability is focused on farm, food, health, and the environment. Now in its fourth year, the free family-friendly festival attracts more than 4,500 attendees. Held on the grounds of the Paramount Farm on the Brookside campus, the Festival is a natural outgrowth of the work being done at the school in urban farming, ecology, green initiatives, and community outreach. Over 50 hands-on demonstrations, exhibits, children’s activities, music, and food are offered. Sponsorship opportunities are available. The TURN Festival Feast is an evening of cuisine, conversation and camaraderie while savoring the unique culinary styles of award-winning chefs held on the Friday before the public festival. Limited to 100 tickets, this, earth to table experience features six award-winning chefs presenting one magical culinary experience. Tickets can be purchased on the event website.

Paramount has a turn-key program for company community engagement activities. Paramount’s agro-ecology staff are experienced at coordinating a day of service that is meaningful and fun. Plus, there is always something that needs to be done on Paramount’s Farm! Contact the Advancement Office to learn more and schedule a work day.
Volunteer opportunities exist for individuals to help support the Farm, assist in classroom, or work at the TURN Festival. Any positions in the school require a background check and a personal interview.
