Principal’s Message

Welcome to Paramount Lafayette!

I am honored to serve as your principal this year. We are excited to show the community what the Excellence in Paramount Schools of Excellence truly means. It represents the commitment, dedication and enthusiasm that our staff demonstrate daily. It encompasses the hard work, discipline and perseverance cultivated in our students. It is the positivity and support our families exhibit. We continually strive to be exceptional in everything we do.

The Paramount school model sets the table for achieving educational excellence. The academic and behavioral frameworks ensure a positive, healthy and protected learning environment. Our data-driven decision-making ensures we are guided in the right direction. With love and support, we regularly meet the social and emotional needs of our students. We aim to provide an educational experience that prepares our students for future success. Additionally, community involvement is something we take pride in at Paramount. Partnerships are invaluable to us and ensure the success and growth of our students.

Here’s a little bit about myself. During my time at Paramount, I worked in our behavioral management system. As a member of the administration team, I served as the recovery coordinator and teacher. In 2023, I was awarded the Paramount Staff Member of the Year. In my previous years as a classroom teacher, I worked with children of all ages. I taught K-12 students in the areas of special education, health and physical education. My bachelor’s degree in education was earned from Florida International University and my master’s degree in educational leadership was obtained from the University of West Florida.

I look forward to serving the Paramount Lafayette community and having a remarkable year filled with growth, achievement, and memorable experiences.
